Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to spearhead our international sales efforts. The ideal candidate will be adept at developing strategies, bidding for projects, and leveraging platforms like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Upwork, and Fiverr. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying, acquiring and managing new business opportunities for our digital marketing solutions. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of digital marketing, excellent sales skills, and the ability to execute end-to-end sales processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Write at least 3 articles (1500 words each) per day on diverse topics for clients from various industries.
  • Identify target markets and create plans to penetrate new regions and achieve sales targets.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client needs to refine strategies and stay ahead in the industry.
  • Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Upwork, Fiverr, and other platforms to generate leads and bid on relevant projects.
  • Craft compelling proposals and presentations that highlight our digital marketing solutions and meet client requirements.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to secure new projects and clients.
  • Conduct the full sales cycle from prospecting and lead generation to closing deals and onboarding clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

Requirements:

  • MBA in Marketing is a must.
  • Proven experience as a Business Development Manager, Sales Manager, or similar role, with a focus on international sales.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing services and trends, including SEO, PPC, content marketing, social media management, and more.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective business development strategies.
  • Proficiency in using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Upwork, and Fiverr for lead generation and project bidding.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to achieve sales targets by bringing in a specified number of new clients within the timeline is mandatory.
  • Willingness to travel internationally, if required.
